How To Pack For An August Blog Conference
The first thing you need to do is gather a stack of hot black leggings, preferably preshrunk and dotted with dog hair and dryer lint:
Next you’ll need some black bras:
While on the subject of the summer-friendly color black, you’ll need a little black dress, hold the little:
Next you’ll need a little something to tangle around the neck:
Don’t forget your favorite shirt in a very unique color such as black black black — and those boyfriend jeans you scored at Nordstrom Rack!
And finally, please do forget the stifling leather jacket you purchased one full year after the trend!
Bossy will be traveling to New York City today to participate in BlogHer’10, which is several days of debauchery learning and networking, but she’ll be posting photos and a detailed daily account over the weekend so keep close!

Ok, but keep in mind dance clubs in NY won’t let you waltz in at midnight wearing that like Chicago did. Not that this year’s BlogHer will ever compare to 2009. You know, when I was there.

Nobody in NY in August but tourists, and those who serve them. This from my second cousin who took us to Greenwich Village to Davey Jones store on a Sunday in August. 1968
He lived in Pennington NJ. Grandmother, aunt, cousins Patti and Steve also on the trip. Jake same age as aunt, adored my grandmother. It was sooooooooo hot.
I would say enjoy, but you always do :>)
