First line-up the rear of your car with the existing parked car.
Now cut your wheel and bring ‘er back.
Bring ‘er back sharp until your left rear taillight is perfectly lined-up with the parked car’s right headlight.
And only then do you cut your wheel and ease ‘er in.

For me, it was putting to trash cans in the driveway and knocking them over until I got it right. Finally, I got it right and I can park in Boston, New York and Philly without any problems. I add Philly b/c those kids really know how to park!
