The Microplane Grater/Zester.
Bossy loves cheese. Loves cheese with some extra love thrown in for good measure. But she hates grating. Maybe it’s all the scraped knuckles from the box graters, but anyway, Bossy’s mom gave this grater to Bossy and it has changed her life.
Here’s what: grab it with your whole fist, handle up, and run your cheese along the length. Done. Also works for lemon and ginger.
