Bossy’s Favorite Things.

Bossy has been writing for this New Media and Research Company website for a year and a half, even if Bossy isn’t entirely certain what New Media and Research is.

Alpha Mom is the brainchild of the fabulous Isabel Kallman, otherwise known as Bossy’s husband’s next wife:

Of course, everyone has a crush on Isabel Kallman — and not just because she throws late night cheeseburger parties during the blog conferences, speaking of which look who is in mid-chomp behind Isabel’s shoulder — but because she is generous and enthusiastically fosters the individual talents of those surrounding her.

Drive-Thru Bossy is Bossy’s Alpha Mom column. Every single Monday and Tuesday and Thursday except for this past Monday which is a long story and requires some tonic surrounded by gin, Bossy posts a photo of something available in the marketplace and writes about it, where writes about it equals drools all over it or pokes incessant fun.

    Two things: One, a raised flower bed is RAISED! One should no longer have to squat or sit or kneel, as is the case in the advertisement for this sham.

    I did a story about some old fart whose ENTIRE GARDEN was raised, and I mean R-A-I-S-E-D. I nearly had to stand on a ladder to take a picture of it.

    Next: … I forgot. Now I have to go back to Drive-Thru Bossy, because I got so worked up about the unraised RAISED flower beds.

    I’m such a dope.

    The second thing was: I had those wedding strawberries at my wedding! For real!

    My ultra-creative friends who totally planned and decorated my wedding made them for me, along with champagne bottles wearing tuxedos. All I did was pick the man, really.

    But that was an important part, too, right?

    i don’t think oil in that paper bag can be very good for one’s hair.

    but wait, maybe that was how vidal got the idea for VO6 Hot Oil treatment. but it doesn’t smell much like french fried, so maybe not.
