Living into your nineties and doing it with style. Meet Miss V, who still hoofs it around the neighborhood. Also, dancing is a distinct possibility.

   I occasionally drive my neighbor Miss V to the doctors….she tells me all about “back in the day” in our neighborhood. She is a trip and fiercely independent. We all love her. ps. she still makes her own ice cream.

    One of my patients was very much like Miss V. She was 101. I asked, “What’s your secret?” She answered, “I have a shot of whiskey and a hot dog…every day.”

    We just lost our version of Miss V last week. She was 107. And she will be hugely missed.
