Bossy’s Favorite Things
This club on Rush Street.
On Saturday night which was really Sunday morning since it was after 1 a.m., Bossy talked a lounge full of random bloggers into taxis so they could go out dancing.
This club was recommended by a Chicago native and it perfectly hit the mark for that night: diverse crowd, great tunes, wooden dance floor, guys dancing with guys, girls dancing with girls, no self-consciousness or aggressive unwanted attention.
Just wide smiles.
And while on the subject, Bossy adores each and every one of her blogger friends, new and old, who may have been minutes from sleep but instead hopped into a breezy backseat uncertain of what was ahead. Talk about game.

The last time I went to that club, approximately 100 years ago, I saw Michael Jordan! Too bad I turned down your invitation in the lobby that night, I might have brought my good famous-person karma with me and we might have run into John Cusack…

Being ‘game’ was New Year’s resolution for this year and going forward in my life! Thanks to my MIL Pat~she’s my inspiration!

Ohhh, the Hunt Club. I spent most of my early twenties there, dancing up a storm. Even met a great guy on their dance floor – we dated for about a year. Such a fun place.

The Hunt Club in my town is a strip club…so that’s where my mind went when I saw this picture. I’m glad it wasn’t THAT kind of club!
Fer chrissake, I’m STILL recovering. And I wasn’t even dancing.
