Bossy’s Favorite Things
This favorite thing is not the note Bossy has in her hand, which Bossy wrote the other night for her friend Phil’s father, who is currently hospitalized. And this favorite thing is not Bossy’s mascara, which clearly can’t stop itself from smudging if you paid it.
Nope. This favorite thing is about Bossy’s new leopard tank top. It’s an Undercover Yummie Tank. Yummie Tummie is shapewear that doesn’t sacrifice looks or comfort — and Bossy has written before about how she enjoys wearing these undergarments for days on end and then on stage without overgarments.
This particular tank top, though, is intended to wear as clothing. And Bossy intends to give it hell this summer.

$70 for a tank top?!!! I think your definition of “poverty” is different than mine.
I read the advert as “no one will know you are being smothered and shaped” instead of “smoothed”.
They had me at “secret hidden midsection panel”~~and Rebecca #5…I would rather spend 70.00 on a nice tank top than all the Old Navy/Lands’ End/ Gap tanks/cami/tee that are now in my closet. In fact, searching for the PERFECT tank/cami/tee last year I spent OVER that amount. Shamefully. So ya, one or two of these to last for five years or so. I could do that. If they did their job….and had a good return policy….and it’s quite possible their “shorty” will be my new best friend….forever…because my thighs are NOT getting thinner by themselves.

OMGah! The best part isn’t the shaping (or smothering) it is the fact that it is LEOPARD! I am totally into that little touch of leopard in all things (just not wearing them all at the same time). Want one! Gettin’ one! Thx Bossy
OK, now that I went to the site I can tell that only people like Bossy who don’t really need it can avail themselves of this item. No way that is gonna contain my fat gut.

Dumb question, but why are all the models on the website teeny tiny?? Are the tanks not supposed to help hide the little extras that some of us, ahem, have? I need to see real shaped average women wearing them too before paying $70 for a tank….Just saying…

Bossy’s tank is form-fitting but the REAL reason she likes it is because it’s LONG. like it comes DOWN and STAYS THERE and does what it’s SUPPOSED to do and SISTER MERCY you would not believe how many hours in every day Bossy has gained by NOT constantly tugging at something to keep it in place. Bossy is well on her way to building the next Space Shuttle.
