Bossy’s Favorite Things

This website. It’s called fiverr.com, and it’s a virtual marketplace for what people will do for five dollars.

“I will make a 20-second video crying about anything you want,” is one offering. “I will translate your menu into any language for five dollars,” is another.

The offerings go from silly to serious, and cover the range of life’s things, in categories such as design and writing, technology and travel.

But be careful. Entering the site may result in a lost afternoon.
