This is Bossy’s uncle, her mother’s brother. In Bossy’s family, there are weird age gaps which make uncles more like siblings and siblings more like nieces. In short, Bossy is her own grandma.
There’s a lot of that in my family. My Mom was pregnant in her 20’s when 2 of her aunts were pregnant in their late 30’s and early 40’s. I went to high school with 2 of my Mom’s first cousins.
Mom’s younger sister is 10 years younger than Mom and 12 years older than I am. She was kind of like an older sister to me when I was growing up.
