Ten-Word Tuesday. The Camping Edition.

If you know one thing about Bossy it’s this: she loves living small.

Bossy was never the type of girl to be enamored with princess castles or to admire celebrity mansions. Bossy is the type of girl who saw Rear Window and wanted to live in a tenement during the depression:

Just like Bossy is the type of girl who saw Swing Shift and wanted to live in a California Bungalow Court, preferably with Ed Harris:

Which is why it’s easy to understand why Bossy is in love with her pop-up trailer.

This is a view of Bossy’s side of the trailer—and when Bossy says “Bossy’s side”, she is of course referring to the side shared with her husband, who is not allowed to keep any of his things in her trailer:

And this is a view of the other side of the trailer:

Everything a family of four needs is located within this trailer, including two king-sized bunks, a table with built-in benches, a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, some cupboards, two welcome mats, four flashlights, a few stuffed animals, the latest David Sedaris book, and a box of Breathe-Right Nasal Strips.

Which is what today’s Ten-Word challenge is all about. In exactly ten words, can you tell Bossy if you wish your house were bigger than it is, or smaller than it is, and why?

And check back later today for the best kvetching on the web.
