What do you think of this Land’s End Bathing Suit?
Bossy thinks it looks like you were on your way to a tennis luncheon at the Young Republican’s club and you fell in the pool. That’s a bathing suit? Does it come with a waterproof handbag? How come off the beach we have belly shirts and low rise jeans but the swimsuits are going backward in time?
I think the time has come for everyone to swim in full-body suits. With separate air supplies and gloves and plexiglass domes over our heads. That sounds like I want to swim in science fiction movie gear from the ’40s but I am really complaining about the toxic waste and sewage seeping into our water supply.
I wish we could all get with the times and just swim naked. It would do wonders for American body image issues.
