According to a new CNN report, the following is a list of The Top Ten Cities To Purchase Real Estate – now.
- Panama City, Florida
Why Panama City? Because they’re building the airport which will finally deliver the hordes of visitors and retirees the city has been waiting for.
What you should know about Panama City: Among the Top Five Attractions are the First Baptist Church, the Grace Presbyterian Church, and the First United Methodist Church. Not to be confused with the Getting Gorgeous Day Spa.
- Vero Beach, Florida
Why Vero Beach? Because over the next couple of decades the community will build 154,000 new homes to replace their existing rickety assortment which can’t accommodate their growing population. This will boost their local Arts & Culture scene.
What you should know about Vero Beach: Their Local Arts & Culture scene consists of the Mel Fisher Treasure Museum and the Andretti Thrill Park.
- Bridgeport, Connecticut
Why Bridgeport? Because this city – only 20 miles up the coast from some of the wealthiest real estate in the country – is finally swabbing its decks. And just in time for all the companies that recently relocated from New York to adjacent Connecticut communities such as Greenwich – because those worker bees are going to need somewhere more affordable to live.
What you should know about Bridgeport:

Why Lakeland? Because it’s only 30 minutes from overpopulated Tampa and every National and Regional Builder has recently moved into the area.

lmao..wilmingotn nc is 1 1/2 hours from where i live currently..and the beaches are very pretty..and it has great golf..and decent shopping
manchester nh is 20 minutes from where i grew up..and it only takes 6 1/2 hours during rush hour..and working in boston you get huge amounts of taxes back at the end of the year..almost enough to pay for the property taxes in nh..and..there is no sales tax..but tons of snow
and as for pensacola florida..one of my vbest freids lives there..they get hit harder and by more hurricanes that nc
As an ex resident of Lakeland Florida, I would just like to point out to you One of it’s other Alluring Features: Lakeland is the METHENPHETAMINE CAPITAL of Florida.
*sigh* it was so great living there, oh and working at the restaraunt with all those tweakers, oh how i miss it.
